1. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE PROJECT
The project is in development. We are currently selling lots for Phase 2 of the project.
The following has been completed for phase 1.
- Municipal electricity with PUB
- High pressure fire-fighting installation
- Sewage and storm drainage
- Retention wall on 75% of the lake perimeter
- 20 foot street and gate
2. WHEN WILL THE PROJECT BE COMPLETED?
The project is progressing nicely, and phase one is already completed and ready for houses to be built.
