Construction Guidelines
- Architectural Control: All plans must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

- Homes adjoining the Common Area Lake must contain a minimum of 2,000 sq ft of living area.
- All other homes must contain a minimum of 1,800 sq ft of living area.
